Registration is $150.00

What is the refund policy?

$50.00 of the cost is non-refundable. We will refund the balance up to May 1st. You can sell your spot to someone else if you like, just let us know. There are no refunds after May 1st

What are the Hours and schedule?

Doors open Friday at 3 pm, the event ends Sunday at 3pm

A detailed schedule will be posted for the crop attendees, classes, and other events as Ice Escape gets closer

Can I just come & shop?

"Open to the public" Shopping is Saturday, May 30 10-6. Cost to just shop and not crop is a $2.00 entrance fee.

Is there any Security?

The Double Tree has an on staff security company, in addition the Ice Escape will also be providing extra security for our vendors past shopping hours. We will be locking the main crop room doors from the outside past shopping hours for increased security. However the Ice Escape, Purple Ice Productions, and the Double Tree are not responsible for lost or stolen items.

Can I only come crop for one day, and pay for one day?

Sorry no. Admission rates are for all three days. However, you do not need to attend all three days

Can I bring my kids?

Sorry, no children under the age of 15 are allowed

How much table space will I have?

There will be 4 people at each table grouping each having a 3x3 space.

Is food provided?

 There will be water stations set up through the weekend, and some extra goodie surprises too. The Double Tree also has a restaurant, and coffee cart available for you to purchase your own food if you would like. You are allowed to bring in outside food as well. We just ask that there be no cups without lids at the crop tables please.

Is there a reduced room rate for the conference?

$84.00 a night, (see link on the registration page to book your room). You’ll need to book your room under Ice Escape for the discounted rate. Rooms are optional and not required to attend the Ice Escape , but a great way to make a getaway from the family for the weekend.

What should I bring?

Your croppin supplies, including tools, adhesives, photos, paper & embellishments to work on throughout the weekend. Plan ahead, page kits and pre planed projects work great for productivity. Any additional supplies needed for optional classes. Bring your creativity and be ready to get tons done over the weekend while spending time catching up with your scrapin’ girlfriends. Warning there will be lots of laughter, & giggles you just may not even want to go home!

What is provided?

We will provide ample cropping space, cushy chairs, a limited number of outlets, a special gift upon arriving, lots of fun extras throughout the whole weekend (believe us its COOL! But we gotta keep some things a secret!), fun games & prizes, lots of creative inspiration, limited interruptions so you can focus on your scrappin, and most of all a creative environment that will help you get those pictures out of boxes and on to pages!

This is in addition to the entry into the vendor shopping.

Will there be classes and make and takes?

We will be offering a Varity of classes through our vendors & local talent. Please continue to check back on the classes page for more updated information, cost, and sign-up info.

Make-n-Takes will be offered by select vendors during shopping hours.

I’m a digital scrapper, can I come too?

Of course! Bring your laptop and come cyber crop with us! We do have a limited amount of outlets available to the outside tables. These tables will be on a first come first served basis. Double Tree does not offer w i- fi at this time so internet access will not be available.
